The Housing Authority of the City of Goldsboro (HACG) houses over 3200 residents in 1,225 apartments throughout Goldsboro. We have been serving the City of Goldsboro since 1950. HACG strives to provide safe, quality, and affordable housing to residents, and to assist them by providing resident services to help them achieve upward mobility. Our properties include: Fairview Apartments, Lincoln Homes, Elmwood Terrance, Woodcrest Terrance, Little Washington & the West Haven Development, as well as 25 other rental homes.
